That means some payments are non-refundable.

Deposits
Deposits are non refundable.
They secure yours date, your planning slot, and your place in the schedule.

IF you cancel, the deposit covers the time already committed.
​
If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you when possible - but it must but communicated early.
Digital Services & Strategy
Once strategy documents, creative assets, downloads, or digital products are delivered, they cannot be refunded.

You can't return creativity once it's handed over.
Events & Bookings
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event are not eligible for refund.

If something real happens, communicate. We move with integrity - not excuses.
Products
Physical products must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery to be considered for refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you attempt to dispute or reverse a payment after services have been delivered, we will provide documentation of agreements, timelines, and completed work.
