Sessions focus on developing a clear event concept, organizing promotional materials, and creating a structured marketing timeline leading up to the event. The goal is to ensure that every event or campaign is intentional, well-promoted, and aligned with your brand goals. By the end of the process you will receive a promotional roadmap that includes event concepts, engagement strategies, and a marketing timeline. Cancellation Policy
Baltimore Network Queens (BNQ) provides consulting, creative direction, and business structure services designed to help individuals and businesses build sustainable systems. By booking a service with BNQ, clients agree to the following policies: Appointments All sessions must be booked through the BNQ booking system. Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service before confirming their appointment. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled session without penalty. Appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session time or missed without notice will result in a. $100 cancellation or no-show fee. This fee helps protect reserved consulting time and ensures availability for other clients. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or considered a no-show depending on the remaining availability. Repeated cancellations or missed appointment may result in restrictions on future bookings. Sessions included in packages must be used within the package timeframe. Missed sessions without proper notice may count as a completed session. Payments All sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Package payments reserve your sessions and consulting time. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Packages Packages must be used within the designated timeframe listed at the time of purchase. Unused sessions expire after the package duration ends. Refunds Due to the nature of consulting and creative services, payments are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Client Responsibility BNQ provides systems, strategies, and guidance. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and providing necessary materials or information needed to complete services. Communication Clients are expected to maintain professional communication throughout the consulting process. Project Timelines Project timelines depend on client responsiveness and cooperation. Delays in providing requested information may delay deliverables. Results Disclaimer BNQ provides strategic guidance and creative direction but does not guarantee specific financial results.
